CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to all Facebook comments
  • and inbox messages for brand pages.
  • Communicate with customers professionally and clearly via phone.
  • Take and confirm customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers to ensure
  • satisfaction and repeat orders.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Must be active and experienced in using Facebook & Messenger.
  • Good communication skills in both Bengali and basic English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce sales is a plus.
  • Must be polite, patient, and able to handle pressure.
